Bane is an active skill gem that applies a debuff to enemies in an area, which deals Chaos Damage over Time. Linked curses are also applied to those enemies. Death Aura is a spell that deals chaos damage over time around the user, like Righteous Fire. It is granted by Death's Oath . [PoE 3.6 Occultist]Death's Oath Build 3.6 Update: Pops are back. Profane Bloom instead of Withering Presence. Malevolence. Changed tree to fit it in. Solstice Vigil instead of IM presence. Dropped despair, using Witchfire Brew now. (swap out the quartz) Dropped Void Manip in Blight for Infused Channeling. Blight + DO seem enough for single target. Not using ED/Soulrend anymore. Pros & Cons: + Pretty fast map clearer. + Tanky while mapping. + Can farm uber lab comfortably. (Some dodging required, can't facetank everything) + Can do any map mod. (No regen is annoying) + Minimal effort required to play. - T16+ bosses need gameplay. Dmg is decent but can't facetank everything due to limited ES recovery mechanics. Soulrend is now available for the Scion, Witch, and Shadow after completing Sever the Right Hand. The new skill Soulrend has an attack time override of 0.4 seconds applied to its Damage over Time. Soulrend: Release a projectile that moves towards and passes through enemies, dealing chaos damage to enemies it hits and leeching a portion of that damage as Energy Shield. Storm Brand is a skill that was introduced in Betrayal League. Storm Brand creates a magical brand which can attach to a nearby enemy. It periodically activates while attached, firing beams which deal damage to nearby enemies and those around them. The brand will detach if the enemy dies. Winter Orb is a channelling skill gem. In Path of Exile 3.6 Synthesis, Winter Orb has Now deals 25 to 31 Cold damage at gem level 1 (from 23 to 28) and 232 to 289 Cold damage at gem level 20 (from 258 to 322). Now has an added damage effectiveness of 50% (from 60%).
