INTRO:
This build I'm as proud to say this may be a superb starter for 3.8. Outdoors of the berserker ascendancy adjustments, not a lot has altered. 3. POE 3.8 Berserker Build - Huy Crit Shockwave Staff Cyclone Friendly Budget

INTRO:
This build was played for the entirety of Legion League and was able to complete all the services provided here: Service Thread. I started the league with this character and did everything up to Uber Elder with a reasonable budget. Since I enjoyed the character so much, I continued to min/max the character for the rest of the league to what you see currently. It starts off solid on a budget and then has the potential to scale into absolute insanity with proper investment.


PROS & CONS:
+ Relatively budget build to start. Uber Elder is relatively cheap.
+ Able to scale to crazy levels with proper investment.
+ Super Flexible Build: good clear with solid bossing. Any Content in the Game. Any map mods (as long as both reflects are not together, any mod is doable with proper swaps).
+ Able to 5 Emblem Carry with full 6-man Party.
+ Smooth Mapping with satisfying boom booms from shockwave and speed from cyclone w/ big boi AOE.
Strong Boss Killer: Uber Elder, Uber Atziri, Aul, etc. with Vaal double strike + impale.
+ Fast and fun Delving.
+ Any map.
+ Any map mod: Physical Reflect - swap in Hrimsorrow/burn + Physical to Lightning Support. Elemental Reflect - swap in Brutality Support. Both Reflect - Cry.
+ Shockwave is super satisfying burst while cyclone provides smooth movement through packs, they work very well together.
+ Shockwave can bypass proximity shield.
+ Great sustain with multiple sources: regen, leech, high effectiveness blood of kauri, warcry with harbinger.
+ Layered defenses with Atk block, spell block, fortify, 5 endurance charges, armor, evasion, immortal call.
+ 0 mana cost for skills so you can 100% reserve your mana. also don’t have to worry about no regen.
- Complex character with a lot of mechanics that work together. not having proper links, mechanics active will be a big hindrance.
- Need to swap a lot of gear for different types of content.
- The super pepega version can be quite expensive to min-max.
- Very socket intensive.

4. POE 3.8 Berserker Build - Budget and SSF friendly Bladestorm Friendly Budget

INTRO:

In this build, I desire to share my Bladestorm Berserker with you. This Buildguide is usually a continuous operation in progress so everything is topic to alter. This character glances at an insane speed, crazy damage, and good survivability. With quite small gear requirements and numerous potentials, you can attain endgame and destroy it on a budget and in SSF. This creates uses the Blood and Sand stances extremely actively. Bladestorm has two diverse stances, the bloodstorm, as well as the sandstorm stance. 

The sandstorm provides a larger area and movement speed while you are walking inside. It is moving towards enemies bloodstorm provides a massive attack speed boost but a smaller area. It is stale and does not move. Changing the stance does change our auras as well. This gets even stronger with maim support.

+ Very good bossing

+ Clears legion encounters nicely

+ Is capable of all content on a 5l and decent gear

+ Has HUGE potential for investment into the late game

- Not able to run Phys reflect at all

- Has to go quite a melee

- Needs a short ramp-up time due to rage which can suck on some bosses

- The build is much better if you commit on actually using your whole skillbar.

5. POE 3.8 Berserker Build - Blade Flurry Physical Reave Friendly Budget

INTRO:

- Ele Reflect OR Phys Reflect maps are NOT possible
- Can be pretty expensive to fully min/max yourself for end game gear
