PoE 3.6 Occultist Hottest Skills Vortex, Soulrend, Blight Build Guide

First, PoE 3.6 Occultist Vortex Build:

This build is capable of to do all content with very cheap gear and there are options for upgrades. And the Path of Exile Currency is not much, I killed all end game bosses with low budget gear. The build is very strong. I Got surprised on how strong it is. Still the same of Synthesis League, untouched and very strong.

Pros & Cons:
+ Cheap
+ Good map clear
+ Tanky
+ Immune to Stun, Chill and Freeze
+ Can do most of the map mods (the only exception is No Life/ES Regen and Elemental Reflect mods)
- Using Flame Dash is not the best movement skill but the Quicksilver Flask helps on that.
- Some endgame items can be more expensive cause Cold Damage Over time builds are a bit hyped.
- Less recovery rate map mod is not so good.

Skill Gems:
WEAPON: Frost Bomb + Vaal Righteous Fire + Increased Duration
BODY ARMOUR: Vortex + Efficacy + Controlled Destruction + Elemental Focus + Hypothermia + Swift Affliction
BOOTS: Cast When Damage Taken + Storm Brand + Increased Critical Strikes Support + Frostbite or Enfeeble
Storm Brand level 8. CWDT level 1 Increased Critical Strike level 20 and Enfeeble/Frostbite level 5.
HELMET: Vaal Cold Snap + Efficacy + Bonechill Support + Controlled Destruction
GLOVES: Malevolence Aura + Clarity + Enlighten + Discipline
SHIELD: Flame Dash + Faster Casting + Arcane Surge(Level 7)

 Ascendancy:
1. Wicked Ward
2. Vile Bastion
3. Void Beacon
4. Frigid Wake
Enchantments:
Helmet: Vortex Increased Damage or Increased Cooldown Recovery Speed or Vortex Increased Duration or reduced Discipline Mana Reservation
Boots: Regenerate 2% of Life and Mana per second if you were Hit Recently

Bandits: Kill all.

Pantheon:
Major God: Soul of Arakaali.
Minor God: Soul of Abberath

Second, PoE 3.6 Occultist Soulrend Build:

In 3.6 update, a couple of new Chaos Skills appear, such as Soulrend, Malevolence, and Bane. As well as older Chaos Skills get a significant boost and revamp!

Using these skills in 3.6 to league start, as well as deeper, explore different combinations with a well-know Essence Drain + Contagion combo (as Soulrend and ED stacks and count as different sources of DoT).

Pros & Cons:
+ extremely safe (2-3x defensive Curses, 12K+ ES)
+ easy to league start (can run on Uniques with good sustain)
+ requires only 1 6-Link for end-game
+ all mods, even no mana regen is possible
+ no need for Wither totem (when you get Withering Presence ascendancy passive)
- with ED+Contagion you constantly need to cast 2 skills. If you want to spam just 1 and zoom-zoom, this build might not be for you :)
- Not a fast mapper
- End-Game bossing takes a while
- Not super newbie friendly as you need some knowledge on playing life/hybrid builds and then transition to CI and eventually to Low-Life.

Bandits: Kill all.

Major: Arakaali / Lunaris
Minor: Gruthkul / Shakari

3.6 Updates:
Added gems and Items into the thread as a bonus to my PoB link!
Added a quick gameplay video from early DELVE without DO in SSF

Pros & Cons:
+ Very nice and safe clearspeed thanks to Bane not costing any real mana so you can SPAM this.
+ Thanks to the LARGE AOE you are gonna clear the entire screen in a few clicks, everything that lives the initial hit will melt a few seconds later or get destroyed thanks to Profane Bloom.
+ Death´s Oath while not mandatory is a really nice safe cushion and more dot damage with all other skills combined.
+ Very easy to play with, very easy to gear (All rares totally fine)
- Porcupines, god I hate them.

Soul of Arkaali with the second Pantheon addon that gives us a huge 50% ES Recovery rate if we stopped taking damage recently!

MINOR:
Soul of Gruthkul - A bit of Physical Damage Reduction
